Frequently Asked Questions

We have a designated handicap parking spot with approximately 60 feet to the entrance on flat gravel. We want every guest to have a comfortable experience, if you have specific accessibility needs or questions before your visit, please reach out to us at hello@artistblockwine.com and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.

Service animals are always welcome throughout Artist Block. For your other four-legged friends, leashed pets are welcome on our patio. We ask that all guests be mindful of other visitors and their comfort around animals.

Glass and bottle pours are a membership perk, A-List members only. Non-members are welcome to experience our wines through a tasting. Join the A-List to access pour-by-the-glass and bottle service.

We keep it in the family, outside food isn't permitted, but we've got you covered. Our charcuterie boards are legendary and pair perfectly with whatever's in your glass. We strongly recommend pre-ordering since we make them in limited quantities and they go fast.

Our tasting room is 21+ with one exception: lap children 12 months and under are welcome. We ask that guests with older children plan accordingly.

Parties of 7 or more should book directly with our Tasting Room Manager at hello@artistblockwine.com. Groups of 6 or fewer can book through Tock.

Full payment including gratuity is required in advance and is non-refundable within two weeks of your visit.

Weekdays — We can accommodate up to 30 guests with flexible timing. Buyout options available, discussed at booking.

Weekends — Large group tastings are available at 10:00 AM only, with a maximum of 12 guests. All guests must participate in the same tasting experience the only exception is our Clarity non-alcoholic flight.

Tastings - Tasting reservations can be fully refunded up to 48 hours before your visit. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the $25 hold fee.

Art - We want every piece to find the right home. You have 30 days to live with your new work and make sure it's the one. If it isn't, return it in original condition for a full refund. Return shipping is the collector's responsibility.

Wine - All wine sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

For regular tastings, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. For special events and experiences, reservations may be rescheduled or canceled up to 2 hours before your booking time. The per-person booking fee is non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by Artist Block or extenuating circumstances such as weather.

We love our Willamette Valley neighbors and want to know every one of you. Here's how it works:

Complimentary tastings are available weekdays only, weekends are welcome but tastings are full price those days. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance at hello@artistblockwine.com.

Your comp includes either the Crazy Tasty or A-List tasting experience for each industry member, not your whole crew. Industry tastings are limited to Willamette Valley tasting room or hospitality staff only, occur once per year, and we may ask for proof of employment.

On discounts  our wines are small batch and collectible by nature, so we don't discount. The one exception is our Industry Club, which gets an exclusive 20% off. Ask us about it.

Yes to both art and wine. Found a wine you love? We'll ship it. Found a piece you can't leave without but flew in? We'll get it home safely. Wine ships to most US states and art ships anywhere. Questions about your order hello@artistblockwine.com.

Yes, what you see is what you can buy. Artist Block is a fully functioning gallery. The art on our walls is for sale, not just for show.

No, we are a cashless business and only accept card or tap-to-pay.

Shippping & Returns FAQs

We reserve the right to hold shipments during extreme heat or cold. We'd rather delay your wine than deliver something that's been compromised. We'll communicate any holds as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
