Made using compound maceration, Pinot Blanc juice fermented with partial skin contact on Dolcetto skins. It's an unconventional technique that produces something completely its own: the freshness and lift of a white wine base with the color, texture and depth that only skin contact can provide. Candied cherry up front, herbal mystery underneath, orange peel on the finish. Light enough for summer, interesting enough for always.
